What is included in my website?
All websites are different, but we’ve learned that the process of creating them is often the same. Most websites consist of around 7 pages and include page content and basic web development. We charge an additional fee of 1000 SEK per extra page, should you need more.
We design websites that look great on both computer and phone.
When we say that web design costs 'from 20,000 SEK,' we understand that it can be frustrating. To clarify, most websites cost 20,000 SEK, but some require more involvement and time investment.
A typical website that costs 20,000 SEK usually includes (in addition to the website build):
Creative planning
We plan each website carefully before starting the actual build. Here, close collaboration with you as the client is essential. The more information we can get about your goals and needs, the more confident we can be that the website is on the right track. Before our first meeting, we review the form(s) you submitted (depending on whether you want both web design and copywriting) and present a first draft where we discuss what you like and don’t like. If any requests come up that we believe might jeopardize your website, we will of course let you know and suggest alternative solutions. However, it is important that your voice is heard.
Design
Before the design phase, we go through exactly which pages you need. The design elements include:
SEO
Your website needs to be visible, not just look good. That’s why we ensure that your website is SEO-friendly, so it appears in Google’s search results.
Please note that it usually takes up to 6 months for Google to fully index your site, and it may take some time before it starts appearing in search results. i google.
Free revisions
Our collaboration with our clients does not end after payment. We offer all our clients free revisions of the website content. Revisions refer to corrections, not new text content or major changes to the text content. If you need further assistance with your website some time after the work has been completed (which does not involve minor corrections), we charge a fee of 500 SEK per hour for this.
Deposit
We always charge 50% of the cost for our services at the start of each project. This is simply to ensure that we are paid for our work. Before you pay the deposit, we will sketch a design draft of the homepage. If you're satisfied, you pay the deposit and we proceed with the work. If you're not satisfied? No worries! You pay nothing, and we part ways, hopefully as friends.
Not satisfied?
This far, none of our clients have been dissatisfied. This is something we are very proud of and will continue to strive for. We always gratefully receive our clients' feedback and do everything we can to ensure your website looks exactly how you want it. By blending your vision with our expertise, we can be confident that you will be satisfied with your site. Should you, against all odds, not be satisfied with your website, we prioritize fixing any mistakes as quickly as possible. Our method for ensuring client satisfaction involves three steps. Specifically, three meetings where we go through your website.
The process
First meeting
At the first meeting, we gather information and ask questions that help us get an understanding of what your company needs. We also leave room for you to ask any questions you may have.
- Get to know you and understand your needs and your needs for the website.
(e.g., information and booking) - Collect elements related to the company's brand (logos, specific colors, and any privacy policy or similar requirements).
- We collect creative requests (if you have any), which include color, fonts, and tone of voice (if you have ordered copywriting), among others.
- Collect technical requirements for the website. This refers to any needs you may have that are not standard on all websites. For example, a login portal or a webshop.
- We set the deadline for the scope of the work.
After the first meeting, we sketch a design proposal in website format. Many sketch designs using various drawing tools, but we find it easiest to visualize how a website will look by sketching the design in website format.
When we have a design proposal ready, we send a link to a temporary website via email, where you can calmly review what works/doesn't work, if we misunderstood something, and if you've thought of anything afterward that wasn't discussed in the first meeting.
Second meeting
At the second meeting, we present a proposal for how your website can look at its best based on our previous correspondence. We see this meeting as an opportunity for you to provide larger revision suggestions for the website.
This is your chance to suggest larger and more extensive adjustments. For example, adding an extra page, changing the page layout, or altering the color palette.
Third meeting
Based on the first two meetings, we believe we have a very good understanding of what you like and need. It is now that we present your long-awaited website. But, what happens if you're not satisfied? Of course, we will listen to your feedback and make changes/add what’s missing or remove what you dislike. This session serves as an opportunity for you to provide smaller revision suggestions.
Last revision
Finally, the website is ready, but we won’t be satisfied until you are. If we haven't fulfilled your revisions as expected, you’ll have a chance to help us correct any mistakes. After this, no more free revisions are included, so be sure to carefully review your new site!
Of course, you can come back to us days, months, or years later for further updates to the website’s content!
Good to know:
- Neither meetings nor revisions are invoiced (up to a reasonable limit. If you need more than the assigned meetings and a large number of revisions, you will be invoiced for these).
- We do not charge a fee for questions via email. We want to encourage curiosity about your new website.
